This individual is a "culture setter" who embodies the Bardo brand and sets the standard for impeccable and anticipatory service. This spa and wellness practitioner is dedicated to a seamless delivery of rituals and brand values, a continued expansion of their expertise and helping guests and members exceed their expectations in spa and wellness. This position is based in Savannah, Georgia.

This position is based in Savannah, Georgia.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage the Book 4 Time system, including modifications, updates, and financial reporting.
- Monitor and manage spa product inventory, ordering supplies as needed and providing monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
- Train spa staff on SOPs, systems, and equipment
- Ensure exceptional guest service by promptly addressing guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Oversee the overall upkeep and cleanliness of spa facilities.
- Stay informed about current spa industry trends and best practices.
- Attend and coordinate team member training sessions as directed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations or General Manager
- Previous experience in spa management or a similar hospitality role
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues effectively.
- Proven ability to foster a positive, professional work environment and manage team member relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in training staff on SOPs, systems, and equipment.
- Up to date with current spa industry trends and best practices
