Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team at Barfield Fence & Fabrication. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components according to company specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CNC machines, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing quality work.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
  • Load raw materials into the machine
  • Monitor the machine to ensure it is producing quality parts
  • Make adjustments to the machine as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
  • Familiarity with CNC machines and tools
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

 Additional Requirements   

  • Pre-employment drug screening

       Job Type- Full Time

       Monday-Friday- 7:00am-3:30pm

Salary

$18.00-$24.00 per hour
