Director of Therapy

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director to join our team. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of our organization. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives for the organization
- Provide supervision and support to staff members, including conducting regular performance evaluations
- Oversee program development and implementation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination of services
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve client outcomes
- Manage budgets and financial resources effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into organizational strategies
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a similar organization
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy, group therapy, crisis management, motivational interviewing, mental health counseling, art therapy, addiction counseling, and medical terminology
- Experience working with children is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
