Job Summary The Global Private Finance team is seeking an associate director level professional to assist in providing cash flow based financing solutions to private equity sponsored transactions across a variety of industries. The position can be located in either our Charlotte, Chicago or New York office. Primary Responsibilities Prepare and present investment committee memorandums to the Investment Committee Lead transaction diligence process and mentor junior team members Revenue and sensitize financial forecasts incorporating alternative capital structures Support deal execution through effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders Manage portfolio of existing borrowers with support from junior underwriters. Plays an integral role in proactive risk management, ensuring compliance with financial covenants, recommending appropriate risk ratings, and determining loan valuations Assist and/or lead loan documentation process, manage amendment requests as necessary Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration 4-7 years of work experience preferably at a credit fund, finance company, commercial or investment bank, similar financial institution.
