Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with team members to manage ideas and ensure quality implementation including creative briefs, internal reviews, proofing, editing, versioning and file releases
- Exhibit understanding of a fast-paced client’s business and anticipate challenges/solutions
- Ongoing client communications and relationship management
- Prepare for and attend client meetings and presentations
- Foresee next steps on projects and help drive solutions
- Develop and maintain monthly billing trackers and estimates
- Work collaboratively with client agency partners and vendors to traffic assets and monitor deliverables
- Be a project expert
- Contribute to ideation
- Run ideas of elements through legal, talent and finance partners as needed
Requirements
- 2 years of experience within advertising agency setting preferred, B2B experience is ideal but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Education or retail experience is a plus
