Job Overview:
Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supervising supply chain activities including but not limited to distribution, central distribution, warehouse, and storeroom and receiving functions within the facility at the direction of the SC Facility Manager. Responsible for overseeing SC Technicians and assisting the SC Facility Manager and SSCD in monitoring PARs based on product demand using PAR tools to ensure product availability while minimizing inventory cost. Assists SC Facility Manager and SSCD in facilitating and expediting the flow of materials to and from departments within the facility maintaining chain of custody for all products and equipment.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Computer literate, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
Preferred:
- Two to three years of supervisory experience
- Two years' of college
- Valid NJ Driver's License
- Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) experience
Scheduling Requirements:
- Shift Working: 7:00am-3:00pm
- Day Shift
- Full Time
Essential Functions:
- Scheduling patient appointments according to physician availability
- Verifying correct insurance information
- Explaining intake forms to new patients
- Ensuring completion of paperwork
- Collecting any referrals and processing co-payments after treatment
