Your Challenge:
Perform material transactions in ERP system including, but not limited to, Material Receipts, Issue Materials to job, Receipt of Incoming orders.
Release travelers for new orders, machining, raw material and semi-finished components.
Perform Shipping and Receiving functions.
Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy. Reject damaged items, record shortages, and other conditions.
Deliver indirect materials to appropriate department.
Maintain and organize material storage crib on a daily basis.
Complete Cycle Counts as assigned.
Coordinate shipments with Freight Forwards/Trucking companies.
Track shipments as required to ensure delivery to customers.
Utilizes Freight Forwards web base systems.
Follow established procedures for packaging material.
Attached identifying information and shipping instructions onto crates or containers.
Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
Operate lift truck or hand truck to move, convey or hoist materials, or product.
Ability to drive box truck for pickups and deliveries as assigned, <25% of time.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
