Job Description:
Barney Trucking is currently looking for a
Parts Coordinator for our Salina, Utah location. The regularly scheduled shift is the afternoon shift from 12:00 pm (noon) until 9:00 pm with other times required as business needs mandate including working some weekends and 12-hour shifts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:
1. Parts inventory control includes monitoring and maintaining inventory levels.
2. Assist in researching and ordering parts from outside vendors and manufacturers
3. Place orders, receive orders, and re-stock parts.
4. Follow-up on backorders with vendors.
5. Communicate with the service department regarding special orders.
6. Distribute parts to service technicians and document accordingly.
7. Keep parts inventory documentation organized and thorough.
8. Order and distribute supplies to the operations team as needed.
9. Assist in keeping parts department areas clean and orderly.
10. Other duties when assigned.

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Drivers License
- Proven ability to set and achieve goals
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with coworkers and vendors
- Ability to positively and proactively handle “customer” concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
