CNC Milling Operator
We are looking for a reliable full time CNC Milling Operator for day shift in a fast paced growing company. Offering top pay with a generous benefit package.

Baron Machine Co., Inc. is a family owned manufacturing company, utilizing highly skilled employees combined with high end equipment to produce complex machined components in low to moderate quantities. Our equipment includes the latest technology in 5 axis Mill/Turn, 3 & 4 axis CNC Milling, CNC Turning, and Large boring mills. Baron Machine has been in business for over 60 years servicing diverse industries including Aerospace, defense, semiconductor, medical, and countless other commercial high-tech markets.

Responsibilities / Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a job shop environment.
  • Self-starter; able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through while maintaining a safe, clean and organized workspace.
  • Operate CNC Mills to produce parts meeting specifications as tight as ±.0005” on materials including aluminum, stainless steel, plastics, titanium, etc.
  • Work from job travelers, manufacturing drawings, tool drawings and sketches with ability to read and interpret specifications and inspection instructions to determine product conformance.
  • Check dimensions and quality of work using optical comparators, indicators, micrometers, calipers, pitch micrometers, bore gages, etc.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances.
  • Maintain condition of machines, performing such work as clean, lubricate, adjust, etc.
  • Clean scrap and chips from machine and separate and identify work and scrap.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with coworkers at all levels of the organization.
