SEEKING BILINGUAL (SPANISH) FAMILY/CRIMINAL LAW PARALEGAL
Seeking an energetic individual for fast-paced small law firm practicing in family, immigration and criminal Law.
Applicants should have following traits:
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Must be a people person: social, friendly, and patient
- Must be highly motivated and quick thinker
- Must be energetic and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job duties will include:
- Prepare and draft motions, pleadings, judgments, and other correspondence
- Schedule appointments, court appearances, and mediation/deposition hearings.
- Track deadlines for responses to petitions/counter petitions and discovery requests.
- Prepare trial notebooks and providing assistance in trial settings
- Prepare and reviews discovery packages
- Maintains effective communication with clients
$18 & up per hour based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
