Key responsibilities
Establish (technology & engineering segment) Go-To-Market plan, including:
- New Business Development
- Commercialization strategy and key messages.
- Assess segments, channels, value proposition, competitive differentiation and positioning to ensure the strongest competitive advantage.
- Recent experience selling into Information Technology and engineering service(CRM, Oracle, SaaS, QA, Mobile, Cloud, Enterprise, Health care, ITSM, etc.)
- Deal Shaping, Qualification, and Negotiate to Close
- Excellent presentation skills, confident and articulate.
- History of exceeding quotas and high earnings were gained through relationship selling and strategic account management.
- Optimistic outlook toward all activities and seeks out social interactions to build long lasting relationships.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and closing large enterprise deals.
- Professional appearance and outstanding people skills are a must.
- Technology Sales experience (7-15 years ) Preferably Services Sales in West Coast
- Good understanding of the west coast market: 3-5 years exposure
- Understanding of the Technology Engineering Services, Hi-tech, CRM, BI portfolio of services ( Microsoft Technologies, Java, Open Source, Testing, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Business Intelligent, etc.)
- Strong affinity to follow processes: CRM, Sales methodologies.
- Consistent Performance in achieving his/her yearly target.
- Will be responsible for the given Territory / Accounts and create rapid topline growth to meet revenue and profitability targets
- Will create Sales strategies and tactics including lead generation and account mining
Qualifications
- Passionate and interested in understanding core level customer needs and motivated to help customers achieve their objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must - with the ability to summarize and convey key insights
- Experience using emerging innovation trends to improve or create new technologies, products or services
