We are currently looking to fill a Private Banking Assistant position with a local Tulsa bank.
You will be responsible for answering client inquiries related to a variety of banking products, assisting bankers with lending questions and documentation, and providing exceptional client care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and create a warm and welcoming environment that makes clients feel valued and appreciated.
Hours: M-F 8a-5p
Pay: $20-$23/hr

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information on various banking products, (business checking, savings, CDs, IRA’s, ), treasury services, and account-related questions.
- Banker Assistance: Collaborate with bankers to assist with lending questions, document preparation, and client interactions, ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience.
- Documentation: Assist in the preparation, review, and organization of banking documents, including loan applications, account paperwork, and client correspondence.
- Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships by consistently delivering outstanding service, demonstrating empathy, and providing timely responses to inquiries.
- Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines to ensure the smooth operation of the private banking department.
- Client Engagement: Help create a warm, welcoming, and personalized environment that makes clients feel valued and important during their interactions with the bank.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in banking, private banking, or financial services is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
- Ethical and trustworthy with confidential information.
- Professional demeanor and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
