What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at BARREL AND FORK?
Here at Barrel and Fork, we currently have one of the most talked about cocktail programs in NC and we are in need of an exceptional bartender to join our crew!

Anything but ordinary: We live this every day. Ride this train with us at the highest of speeds or get off and take the bus, plenty of other restaurant out there.
Professional not stuffy: hospitality isn’t a word it’s an environment, its organic, it’s living and breathing. From the way we present ourselves, look, act, develop, approach, engage, indulge, respond, and listen.
Comfortable not complacent: we want to create an environment that feels so comfortable you can’t wait to get back. Comfortable for the consumer however means it has to be very calculated and measured on our end.
Menu: Our food is approachable. By no means the least expensive, there is cost associated with fresh, handmade, curated with incredible care and experience. We want to be perfect in our food execution, but not snobbish. If you can’t read or pronounce the ingredients it might not make sense for us.
Cocktail Program: We take a very personal and culinary approach to our cocktail program. In other words, we don’t have shot glasses.
Everything we do has a consequence and those consequences lead to our success or failure in the customer’s eyes. It’s really that simple
Who are you to us?
Fluent in food, bourbon, wine, and/or willing to learn.
Menu guru: This means you are a tour guide of our menu in every aspect, every turn, every nook and cranny. Every allergen, option, addition, origin etc.
