What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Truck Server/Cashier position at Barrel Back?
Responsibilities:
- Welcome, greet and make our food truck and dock bar guests feel comfortable and valued for the duration of their visit
- Deliver food orders for food truck and dock bar guests in a timely manner, using a point-of-sale system
- Perform all necessary side work
- Clear, clean, and maintain cleanliness of dock bar tables and service stations
- Respond promptly and courteously to any guest request
- Keep a professional attitude and demeanor during all guest interactions
- Assist food truck cook as situations arise
- Practice safe/sanitary food handling procedures
Qualifications:
Must be available weekends, weeknights, and holidays
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training helpful

Pay: $10-$12 per hour plus tips
