Qualifications
- Physically based in the Atlanta, GA area.
- Proven track record of a successful sales background.
- Reliable vehicle to drive to and from sales appointments.
- Own a reliable laptop and/or desktop computer.
- Own a Smartphone for on-the-go business.
- Comfortable working from home & self-managing your time effectively.
- Willing to work after hours to close deals and prepare for tomorrow.
- Confidence in talking to someone you are meeting for the first time, like you have been lifelong friends. You MUST be an extrovert to strive in this position.
Responsibilities
- Business development to create your own motivated seller opportunities. The company will also supplement you company paid seller leads.
- Spend the time necessary to build rapport with sellers & discover what problem you can solve by buying their home at a discount.
- Daily (in person or phone) sales appointments to make offers on property.
- Stay diligently organized, and consistently follow up with your leads.
Yearly Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000
