Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction across pharmacovigilance, overseeing the safety profile of oncology products.
- Develop and implement comprehensive pharmacovigilance strategies and risk management plans.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Prepare NDA safety updates, IND safety reports, additional reports, and product labelling/package inserts.
- Conduct signal detection activities, evaluate benefit-risk profiles, and provide expert advice to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and other teams to drive safety initiatives.
- Represent the company during regulatory inspections and audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, or a related field.
- >8 years of experience in pharmacovigilance.
- Oncology experience is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations, guidelines, and safety standards.
- Strategic and versatile to collaborate with different teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in interacting with regulatory authorities and managing inspections is highly desirable.
