As one of the largest private group practices in the US, BBS is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Location in Scottsdale team! In general, the Patient Services Specialist will:
- Prepare office for daily activities
- Warmly greet patients, guests, vendors and visitors
- Ensure that all patient paperwork and insurance information is up to date and correct
- Collects co-pay if necessary and issues receipt
- Notifies physician office and/or clinic staff of patient arrivals
- Maintains accurate and timely patient information in Centricity database
- Answer telephones and transfers caller to appropriate staff member
- Help create an extraordinary patient experience!
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred but we are willing to train!
