Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide assistance with patient information.
- Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle patient complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate booking information
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in health care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus (e.g., fluency in Spanish, Italian, or Tagalog)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact
