Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will ensure our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. You will build long-lasting relationships, provide exceptional service, and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the start.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they derive maximum value from our products.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide prompt and efficient support to customers, resolving issues and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Customer Training: Conduct training sessions and create educational resources to help customers utilize Bartabb’s features effectively.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product development.
- Upselling and Renewals: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and ensure high renewal rates by demonstrating the value of Bartabb’s offerings.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators, such as customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement rates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry is a plus.
