CPA Firm seeking to hire an secretary/office assistant for a part-time position.
The candidate will need to present a well-groomed, professional appearance and have a pleasant personality to answer phones, greet customers, and interact with personnel. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and be willing to learn industry specific software. The candidate will need to be able to multi-task and follow instructions. The candidate must be a good listener and self-motivated to learn different responsibilities.
At times, other hours may be required. For example, additional hours may be needed in order to provide vacation and back-up for other employees.
