Position Description: Assist the Bookstore Manager and Assistant Bookstore Manager in performing store duties Position Responsibilities: 15.00% - Waiting on customers 10.00% - Stocking and dusting shelves/Clean back storage area 20.00% - Packing and unpacking textbooks, merchandise, and apparel 5.00% - Pricing textbooks and preparing them for sale 15.00% - Prepare apparel for sale in store 5.00% - Assist with maintaining Facebook Page 10.00% - Run merchandise table at home basketball games 20.00% - Performs other duties as needed or assigned. Expectations: To be on time To be courteous to staff and customers To dress appropriately To act in an appropriate manner Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience - None Education - To be taking concurrent classes or college classes Other Skills - Filing Physical Requirements: The work requires moderate physical exertion such as long periods of standing, repetitively lifting lightweight objects with frequent bending or stooping, recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as computer, printers or record boxes. Occasionally lifts heavy objects (over 50 pounds). Job requires average agility and dexterity.
