POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Executive Assistant, this position supports the office in all administrative type functions and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: General
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Screens telephone calls and visitors and resolves routine inquiries.
- Distributes mail and packages.
- Sends out correspondence via USPS, UPS or courier.
- Orders and supplies all business cards, letterhead, envelopes and miscellaneous forms for US locations.
- Responsible for the management of the office which includes duties such as: supply and equipment ordering, equipment maintenance, conference room schedule and meeting preparations.
- Runs errands such as purchasing of office supplies, picking up food orders, delivering or picking up packages at parent company offices.
- Maintains files, databases, and records.
- Manages expense reporting, invoicing, or other routine processes.
- Reconciles and codes the credit card statement.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
- Predictable and Regular in-person attendance is required.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of general office experience
- Ability to effectively write business correspondence, present information and respond appropriately and professionally to questions from groups of managers, co-workers and vendors.
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Must be able to operate a personal computer and other various standard office machines and equipment necessary to complete duties.
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Predictable and Regular attendance is required.

Salary Range $22.00 - $26.00 / hour.
