Job Description

  • Designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.
  • Performs instructional design.
  • Developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
  • Developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature.

Required Experience

  • Five years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent.
  • A Master’s Degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted.
  • 3 years of SIGNIT related experience within the Intelligence Community.
