IMMEDIATE FULL TIME POSITION AVAILABLE FOR ASSISTANT MANAGER!

Growing Manufacturing Company looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (Required)

- Minimum 3 years of management experience (Required)

- Manufacturing experience (Preferred)

- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner and listen attentively to others

- Assists in defining and upholding departmental goals

- Keeps upper management informed of activities and significant issues

- Leader with experience coaching and developing team members

- Strong people skills with a proven track record of managing staff performance

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong PC skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel or similar
