We are seeking enthusiastic, professional, and reliable individuals to join our front desk team.
Responsibilities:
As a Front Desk Associate at Base Luxury Gym and Spa, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting Members and Guests: Warmly welcoming all members and guests as they enter the facility, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Member Check-In: Efficiently handling the check-in process, verifying memberships, and ensuring all entry procedures are followed.
- Customer Assistance: Providing exceptional customer service by addressing member questions, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Phone Management: Answering incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments, and providing accurate information about our services and facilities.
- Appointment Booking: Scheduling and managing appointments for our spa services, including massages, facials, and other treatments.
- Transaction Handling: Processing payments for memberships, spa services, and retail items accurately and efficiently.
- Facility Upkeep: Ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Member Engagement: Engaging with members to promote our services, classes, and special events.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury or fitness environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computers and basic software applications; experience with gym management software is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
