As a Basecamp Fitness Assistant Studio Manager, you will help to lead a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of our members on a daily basis! You will help to manage the daily operations of a fast-paced fitness studio, develop the staff in your studio, drive business, and build relationships with Basecamp members and address their concerns ensuring positive outcomes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for helping achieve studio performance metrics (KPIs) and P&L targets, delivering top line revenue and net profit
• Help manage controllable expense budgets of P&L including payroll, repair & maintenance, supplies, inventory
• Manage the daily operations of a fast-paced fitness studio
• Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sale events, studio events, marketing, outreach)
• Manage client and staff concerns
• Evaluate and consistently improve overall staff and studio performance
• Lead by example to cultivate an energetic and welcoming environment for clients and staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
