The job purpose of a Digital Implementation Manager (DPIM) is to ensure the successful implementation of digital products within BASF Agricultural Solutions North America (APN).

The DPIM is responsible for coordinating regional activities, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth implementation.

As a Digital Product Implementation Manager - SGI & Reporting , You Create Chemistry By...

• Overseeing and coordinating the implementation of SGI within the region to ensure that countries adhere to the SGI operational model and processes.
• Ensuring that the SGI lighthouse concept is maintained and that the region contributes fairly to the AP SGI repository for market archetype-led scale-up.
• Managing, addressing, and mitigating region / country-level risks, helping to plan and prioritize regional SGI development activities, and serving as a single point of contact for central team planning and risk mitigation discussions.
• Being responsible for prioritizing analytics use cases that bring the most value to the country / region and consolidating country-level feedback from sales / marketing teams to enhance insights and algorithms, ensuring quality control throughout the process.
• Embedding SGI into commercial and business processes and overseeing the training of sales and marketing teams on tools and SGI insights that enable them to drive customer engagement and growth.

• Providing guidance to value capture and analytics squads to align analytics with business needs. proactively flaging any issues or concerns to the SGI global lead to facilitate early resolution.
• Managing effective communication channels with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns or questions by leading regular meetings, prepare status reports, and provide timely responses to inquiries.

If you...

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, ideally with a focus in business, marketing or computer science / IT.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product implementation or similar roles in a regional or country context.

Previous experience in the Agricultural industry is preferred.

• Are experienced in identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring project success.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.
• Have leadership skills, including the ability to motivate teams, drive collaboration, and facilitate decision-making.
• Having previous SalesForce experience is preferred.
