The Global Engineering team leverages our technical know-how and expertise to deliver solutions that enable safe, sustainable, reliable, and cost-competitive production.

• Leveraging your education and experience in petrochemical maintenance or operations, facilitating weekly scheduling with project managers and construction engineers for resource balancing to ensure job schedules meet the timing requirements of projects.
• Relying on your understanding of multiple crafts (mechanical, I / E, scaffolding, rigging, excavation)
• Developing a detailed weekly schedule for all project and support crafts, including central support crafts, as well as two and three week look-ahead schedules.
• Demonstrating your strong technical skills and validating central support crafts, equipment, and outside resources / services availability.

If you...

• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management (preferred).
• Experience working on Capital Projects.
• Communicate effectively with facts and figures as well as influence, persuade and negotiate with ease.
• Deal effectively with the unknown and unexpected and possess the ability to handle non-routine and emergency activities, such as schedule breakers, plant shutdowns, start-up and commissioning.
• Have strong interpersonal skills since that will be essential as you interface with Turnaround and Capital Project Teams to ensure coordination, efficiency, and effectiveness.
