Pay Range: $23 - $27/hr

Shift differential - .50/hr for day shift and $2.50/hr for night shift

As an Inventory Analysts you will……….

• Process order variance investigations “real-time” to provide immediate support to Production Technicians by driving corrective actions to ensure continued process discipline and PGM usage efficienc.
• Process the daily drum reviews (dry weight, PM analysis, QI hold process)
• Process the set-up coater slurry dispositioning process
• Lead prep equipment rinse investigations
• Assist with creating lot packages, target folders, NCMRs
• Analyzes SAP for completion of process orders and accuracy of information with a major financial impact.
• Obtains necessary data from source documents to ensure SAP accuracy
• Balances input/output for process orders to ensure order completeness for Prep & Coating Departments.
• Performs SAP business unit transfers of inventory (IDTs)
• Various clerical and administrative tasks associated with source documents workflow.
• Collaborates with various depts, but not limited to, Slurry Prep, Coating Operations, Finance team, and Logistics, to resolve routine questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
• Leads the resolution of discrepancies with ownership of the inventory to include all components of manufacturing.
• Analyzes error reports and enters corrections.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision in standardized situations, escalate in non-standard.
• Must be able to collaborate with others for achievement. This will be primarily encountered through daily interactions with both internal and external team members.
• Must be functional in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc)

Qualifications……

• Have a High School Diploma or GED, required
• Minimum 3 years work experience in Inventory Control or Supply Chain Logistics that has dealt with math, required
• SAP experience and proficiency, preferred

The competitive Pay Range for this role is $23/hr - $27/hr. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
