RESPONSIBILITIES

In Global Communications of Agricultural Solutions, we nurture and protect the brand and reputation of BASF in agriculture. Come, be a part of our Global Internal Communications team and join us to create inspiring communications.

• In your new role you develop and implement internal communications concepts that engage employees to align with the vision, mission and key topics.
• You design engaging formats and channels to support leadership engagement and employee engagement as well as plan, coordinate and implement the divisional intranet and employee engagement platform.
• You work with agencies and the global internal communications community to audit, edit and migrate content from current intranet to future platform.
• Creating compelling content (strategic updates, change projects, employee stories etc.) and developing appealing layout for the future intranet and employee engagement platform, newsletter and townhalls is part of your responsibilities.
• Additionally, you work with regions and functions to create and publish news on APP and intranet and manage the engagement activities for the future intranet and engagement platform. 
• Last but not least, you monitor and analyze the engagement impact, e.g. intranet and its engagement performance and share best practices and transfer knowledge among the internal communications community. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• university degree in communication studies, arts or humanities along with relevant working experience including project experience
• profound knowledge in online communication, internal and external communication as well as writing and text layout
• expertise in the field of text and media production/design, advertising and market communication, research and creativity techniques as well as consulting methods 
• convincing communication and presentation skills in English and German and competent handling MS-Office applications
