Job Description
- Conduct investigations emanating from customer complaints.
- Perform analysis of returned goods and determine proper disposition.
- Maintain assigned tasks in complaint system.
- Identify if complaints have direct impact on manufacturing process and present findings to management.
- Enter and track NCMR's.
- Perform calibration activities when necessary.
Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred.
- Experience in an FDA regulated medical device industry a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Technical proficiency with measurement devices and calibration.
- Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel.
