Project Manager

General Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-function project team (Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Manufacturing) focused on the design and delivery of custom product manufacturing from kick off through shipping.
• Communicate directly with external customers and vendors on specifications and delivery requirements, and relay key information to project team.
• Coordinate production and shipping schedules to deliver customer requirements
• Ensure key metrics are tracked to measure plant efficiencies
• Confirm project budget and report deficiencies and efficiencies to President and Plant Manager
• Carry out physical and electronic inventory control policies and procedures.
• Complete and review ad hoc analyses as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Prior manufacturing-related management or analysis experience – strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
• Able to execute responsibilities with minimal supervision, proactively identify and react to potential problems, and effectively communicate with all levels of management.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with ability to identify financial drivers and perform high level/detailed assessments and analyses.
