What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jr Photo Stylist position at Bass Pro Shops?
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Jr Stylist will join a talented, experienced, and functionally diverse team that delivers a digital strategy in support of Bass Pro and its subsidiaries. This person will work with a small, dedicated team in an agency environment, an expanded matrixed team, and Bass Pro counterparts to prioritize, deliver and evolve a growing and varied portfolio of digital imagery. The Jr Stylist is responsible for the styling and quality oversight of enterprise-wide digital assets within the enterprises' photography studio. This position will continuously and strategically assess and improve the styling platform and ensure that it continues to provide value.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Style products to be photographed for eCommerce apparel
Execute photos through multiple styling practices, including but not limited to mannequin form & pinning
Possess knowledge of up to date current trends with an understanding of wide variety of garments and fabrics
Meet project timelines and adhere to Style Guide when applicable
Uphold brand and quality standards for photography based on creative guidelines
Perform daily organizational, maintenance, safety and photo studio operational functions as directed
Learn new styling practices and work in a photo studio, opportunity for growth and training available
Work with a diverse group of individuals (ie: Photographers, Stylists, Art Directors)
Possess a broad and well-rounded understanding of the Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s brand and customer
Model compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from accredited institution OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 1 years in the photography industry or equivalent to
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
Ability to multi-task and not act quickly when needed
Proven coordination & organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
Communicative, flexible, and open minded
Self-motivated and team-oriented attitude
Broad knowledge of MS Office tools
Must provide portfolio of previous work
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Regularly performs computer work and sits.
Occasionally walks and stands.
Seldom/never lifts up to 50lbs.
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments. Often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices.
