MAIN FUNCTION: To drive for Valley Health Services for all Day Care Programs, Mail runs, Specimen runs and gas refills. To clean all fleet vehicles DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Must possess a valid NYS driver license without violations. 2. Drive the facility van/vehicles to transport registrants to and from the medical appointments as needed. Nurse Aide must end to registrant�s needs and safety. Nurse Aide must learn and use proper van hook-ups. 3. Nurse Aide must drive and supervise registrants on all outings.

High school diploma or GED equivalent, clean driver�s license, must be over 25 years of age.
