Batanian Financial Group – Administrative Assistant

Batanian Financial Group is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with a positive demeanor to join our office team. The right candidate will be a great multi-tasker with excellent time-management skills. It is imperative that this individual be well-organized, accountable and focus-oriented to meet strict deadlines.

The basic duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones
  • Processing a high volume of service requests
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining advisor’s calendar and prepping files for meetings
  • Data entry in Salesforce
  • Keeping web-based filing system up to date

Requirements:

  • Superior attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Be highly communicative, friendly, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Work well individually and as a team player
  • Have basic typing and computer skills (experience in Word and Excel preferred)
  • Have a professional appearance
  • Have exemplary attendance

We are a collaborative team at Batanian Financial Group. Although training and acquiring knowledge is ongoing, once the initial processes and procedures training is complete and are in place, the administrative assistant is expected to be able to make independent decisions with attention to detail, daily with confidence. Communication and collaboration are key to all of our success.

Hours: 8am to 5pm

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
