About this role:
As a content marketing strategist, you will work with the marketing team to understand business needs and utilize your content marketing wizardry to create targeted content that inspires action. You will be creating thought leadership content in the Real Estate and digital marketing (more specifically, paid ads) space. In addition, you will be managing and rolling out a real estate and paid ads podcast. You will also help build out a new service offering that will include case studies, training videos, documents, branded flyers, PDFs, etc. We are looking for a creative content marketing strategist with some design background to join our team. In this role, you will touch on every area of content marketing to create a brand voice and strengthen our brand identity. You will also be managing new products and offerings that will involve media outlets that we have not touched yet. We're looking for a driven, self-motivated marketer to take ownership and dive head first into some significant projects. If you don't have real estate or paid ads knowledge, you must be willing to learn how to speak those languages.
Responsibilities:
- Drive brand awareness through multiple initiatives
- Create a thought leadership program for our employees internally
- Help us build out a podcast
- Improve the content in our email marketing campaigns
- Create case studies, and branded assets for sales and marketing
- Collaborate with the internal teams on projects
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in written and oral communication
- Design background and ability to create visually appealing branded assets
- Fast learner and excited about project ownership
- Ability to create targeted content for each stage in the funnel
