What you’ll do

In this role, you will provide administrative and other support for employee engagement efforts. You will:
  • Maintain calendars and lists, provide event support, update content on the intranet, and perform other administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate logistics for firm events including catering, meeting reservations, technology, etc.
  • Maintain internal communications platforms including BWise (intranet) and electronic signage.
  • Track content and photos on “Careers” and “About” pages on external website.
  • Provide graphics support for signage.
  • Take and post photos of employee activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees on employee engagement activities.
  • Support various firm projects and initiatives as determined by business needs.
  • Conduct special projects as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to other areas of HR as time permits.
What you’ll bring to the table
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a related role; experience in a professional services environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience creating signage and taking photos, preferred.
  • Experience using Adobe or Canva, preferred.
  • May require more than 40.0 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position.
