This position will act as the onsite leader for our Events team in Indianapolis. No selling required, you are simply sharing your knowledge of our products and signing people up for free in-home estimates at various home shows, fairs, festivals & events. What You’ll Be Doing/Responsibilities:

• Promote the highest rated bath remodel company in the business.
• Operate out of a Bath Experts booth at scheduled public events.
• Answer questions about our products and set appointments at the event.
• Engage with potential customers while serving as a brand ambassador for the company.
• Assist with conducting individual and group training sessions.
• Research new events and other business avenues to assist in department growth.
• Lead or assist with new hire training classes.
• Set up and breakdown events and home shows, when necessary.
• Show passion about Bath Experts and Jacuzzi products using a consultative approach to selling by helping customers understand what Bath Experts can do to create more beautiful bathrooms.

What You’ve Done/Basic Qualifications:

• College degree plus 2 years or more of customer service experience.
• Events experience required.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.

What You Bring/ The Person:

• Ability to follow a proven process to generate sales appointments.
• Reliable transportation and proficiency with technology.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to listen.
• Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency to complete responsibilities timely.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends while the majority of our customers are at industry events.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for longer periods of time.
