Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Event Staff. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of various events and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a paid position that includes HOURLY & BONUS INCENTIVES, offers opportunities for growth and development in the events industry.
Duties:
- Speak with potential customers about bathroom remodeling
-Utilizing knowledge learned from training into event settings
-Gathering lead information of potential customers
- Assist with event setup, including arranging seating, decorations, and equipment
- Handle any conflicts or issues that may arise during events in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other event staff members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or guest-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals
- Knowledge of events management principles and practices is a plus
- Experience in theater, public speaking, or working with children is an advantage
