Aesop’s Gables is a 32-year-old remodeling company with offices throughout the Southwest US.
We are currently hiring for Design Consultants in our Austin market to work with Lowes. Our Design Consultants will be working with Lowes customers on Kitchen remodeling. Specifically, Cabinet refacing, countertop overlay and backsplashes.
Some of the duties of a design consultant are as follows:
- Work assigned Lowes store(s) (generally located near your home) Not too much driving.
- Set up in home estimates to go to peoples’ houses and give a presentation on the products and services they are interested in.
- Sell our products and services and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Do PK training with the store(s) to help them generate leads also.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with the store managers and staff.
- Other duties as assigned.

Other qualifications are:
- Be computer literate.
- Ability to follow directions and a proven sales system.
- Be able to stand on your feet for 3 to 5 hours per day.
- Ability to lift twenty-five pounds regularly.
- Strong desire to succeed.
Our reps on average make $75,000 to $125,000 per year.
