Job Description

Bath Volunteer Ambulance Corps. is seeking an assistant operations Manager to join our team in Bath, NY. This role will be responsible for assisting with day to day operations and will be based out of our Bath, NY office.

Qualifications

  • EMT Certified
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, billing software)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Report to the Board of directors.
  • Manage 12 plus employees, and scheduling said employees.
  • Dealing with emergency situations as they arise.

Duties:

  • Manage and coordinate day to day operations, and coordinate with current operations managers.

Compensation:
Starting pay ranges from 20 to 23 an hour.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
