As a Certified Bath Wizard® Master Craftsmen on ourteam, you will join us on our mission of becoming The Largest Bathroom Remodeling Company in America._ We are America's Favorite Bath Remodeling Brand_™ by consistently delivering five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences to our customers.

You will report directly to our Installation Department and work closely with our Project Managers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

To become a Certified Bath Wizard® Master Craftsman takes dedication and hard work to earn the title but the rewards are many!

What It Takes to Succeed

Bath Wizard® is a Merit-Based Performance Organization™, which means we reward exceptional people with topping compensation.

You will need:

· 5 years experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction, etc

· Your own hand and power tools

· Strong attention to detail

· A reliable and presentable truck, van, or box truck (preferably white)

· Ability to accurately read a tape measure

· Valid Driver’s License

· General Liability and Worker's Compensation

A Day in the Life

In this role, you can expect to:

· Meet at one of our regional warehouses to gather materials

· Drive to customers' homes, greet and establish rapport

· Complete controlled demolition of the bathtub/shower area

· Install new bathtub/shower pan and our exclusive High Tech Polymer wall surround, update the plumbing

· Show extreme attention to detail and care for the customer’s home by properly cleaning up the following installation

· Obtain necessary signed documents & payment from the customer, and return to the warehouse
