Bath Wizard® America's Favorite Bath Remodeling Brand! is looking to hire an enthusiastic, motivated, and professional_ Production Assistant _in the Kansas City market.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated professional to join our team as a production coordinator. In this role, you will supervise the production assistants, maintain production schedules, and handle a variety of other tasks that ensure productions run smoothly. You will report to the production manager. If you are a well-organized, skilled multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then you may be an excellent candidate for this position.

Production Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties to support production managers.
  • Manage calendars and scheduling.
  • Assist with welcome calls.
  • Assist with maintaining and tracking budgets and billing info.
  • Plan and coordinate Installers' destination.
  • Collaborate with production managers to meet the needs of customers.
  • Participate in short- and long-term planning aligned with goals set by managers
  • Work with all departments that contribute to the production
  • Assist in deliveries and unloading when needed

Production Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous office experience
  • Experience in a similar role with the remodeling or a professional installation industry company (preferred)
  • Familiarity with all aspects of production to facilitate effective communication
  • Superb organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
  • Capable of meeting deadlines and working with daily time constraints
  • Professional judgment for handling confidential information
  • Excellent written and spoken verbal communications; professional telephone etiquette
  • Adept at general administrative tasks such as budgeting, data entry, and word processing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
