Idaho National Laboratory Business Management organization is seeking a Prime Contract Manager.

This position works a 9/80 hour schedule, onsite in our offices in Idaho Falls with every Friday off!

• The Idaho National Laboratory's (INL's) Prime Contract Manager is the key contact for administering the INL Management and Operating (M&O) contract with the Department of Energy (DOE).
• In this capacity, the Prime Contract Manager is accountable to lead and manage interactions with the DOE Idaho Site Office (DOE-ID) Contracting Officer (CO) and the DOE-ID Contracting Officer Representative(s) and provide advice and counsel to INL leadership and staff around interpretation of the INL Management and Operating (M&O) contract and related DOE expectations.
• You must coordinate activities and work closely with the INL Deputy Laboratory Director for Management and Operations and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in advising senior laboratory leadership on significant challenges that could impact laboratory performance and/or fee.
• The Prime Contract Manager works closely with peers across the DOE contractor community on accounting, budget, and contracting issues.
• You will be responsible for oversight, coordination, and submittal of INL Performance Evaluation and Measurement Plan (PEMP).
• Additional responsibilities include management of M&O contract deliverables as well as coordination and assurance that INL external correspondence is of the high quality.
• You will perform detailed analysis of requirements as well as the influence a wide variety of key internal and external leaders without having direct line management authority for such personnel.
• You will build excellent working relationships with key internal and external leaders such that INL strategies and objectives can be advanced.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline or other related field plus 5 years of experience or advanced degree plus 3 years of experience

• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.

Job Information:

• Salary Grade: MR0200 - Salary grade 220 ($110,316 - $181,956)
