Software Applications Design Internship Summer 2024

Reporting to the Modeling & Tool Development Manager, you will gain experience in modern software applications development while contributing to projects import to the core of our IT department. You will create application workflows and adhere to coding standards of the team. Additionally, you will update content and other data for the projects while also maintaining our INL values of excellence, inclusivity, ownership, safety, teamwork, and integrity. You can expect to work a 9 x 80 schedule near Idaho Falls, Idaho. This position can be offered hybrid or remote.

This team works a 9x80 hybrid schedule onsite at our EROB facility in Idaho Falls. The position can also be offered remote.

• Vocational college or freshman student enrolled full time at an accredited college/university studying Networking, IT, Information Management, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity

• A minimum overall 3.0 GPA

• Authorization to work in the U.S. (including CPT and OPT)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Undergraduate Internships ($25.65/hour - $30.70/hour)

• Masters Internships and PhD Internships Pre-Candidacy ($31.75/hour - $34.06/hour)

• PhD Internships Post-Candidacy ($33.75/hour - $36.06/hour)

• Eligible interns are provided paid holiday time off, and many of our internships offer travel reimbursements.
