This Sales and Customer Service position offers full time hours, day shift scheduling, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, paid training with certifications, growth opportunities, and a team culture that is of top priority to our ownership.
- Competitive Salary: $18.50 - $22.50 per hour post-training
- Pay Details: Includes hourly base wage, weekend shift differential bonus, and bonus incentives on every sale

Your Role as a Sales Advisor:
In this dynamic position, you're at the forefront of our retail specialty shop, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales through engaging experiences. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing personalized assistance, handling inquiries, creating quotes, and collaborating with technicians for repair and installation services. Responsibilities also include inventory management and store merchandising to maintain an appealing environment.

What We're Looking For:
- Availability for a 5 Shift, 40-hour week, including weekend shifts.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Basic math skills, technical proficiency, and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- High School Diploma Required, Associates degree or higher preferred
- 2 years of sales/customer service experience preferred, but passion and teamwork are key.
