What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Supervisor position at BattleGR?
- Train the crew on safety guidelines, customer service best practices, and cleaning requirements
- Arrange for the coverage of responsibilities for staff who can’t work their shift
- Delegate activities to employees and make sure they are executed efficiently and successfully to ensure quick service of all food and beverage
- Respond to customer issues in a timely, efficient, and polite manner
- Schedule shifts, train and oversee restaurant employees to boost productivity levels and compliance
- Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must have prior experience managing a staff or in a relevant supervisory role
- Must have previous experience in food service and the ability to perform various roles of restaurant crew, preferably in fast food or quick service
- Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired
- This position requires a high school diploma or GED
