Position summary:
The purpose of the role is to provide support for Strategic & Quality Metrics programs. This includes support of site Metrics, Quality Balanced Scorecard, and linkage to the strategic Quality plan, and maintenance of business activities. This position will provide analytical results that can be used to predict and mitigate compliance risks to ensure freedom to operate is not compromised and to support continuous improvement. In addition, the position will manage Quality data for the company globally by collaborating with key leadership to identify, define (inclusive of measurements), collect, analyze, and report key quality data.
Key responsibilities:
Engagement in the development and identification of quality data inputs, metric design and implementation. Central source for maintenance, monitoring, and reporting of quality metrics globally.
Additionally, capture, monitor, and report other key quality data globally from multiple aspects of the Quality Management System and Quality Operations. (Nonconformance’s, CAPAs, Internal and External Inspection/Audit results, etc.).
Analyze quality data by using quality sciences, analytic software, statistics and six sigma principles to identify and communicate compliance risks and quality improvement opportunities.
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor degree required
- 3 - 5 years of data analytics experience, pharma or medical device experience is a plus
- Quality experience and experience in other areas such as Supply Chain, RA, Project Management is a plus
- Strong analytical skills that include strong proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and Access, or similar tools. Ability to manage large quantities of data to extract themes and findings
- Knowledge of SharePoint; able to leverage for data management
- Strong math skills that include understanding of statistics, six sigma for development and application of metrics
- Able to lead matrix teams
- Must be a self-starter who is highly-organized; detail-oriented, hands-on, Self-motivated, results-oriented and a team-player
