This is a hybrid position with three days in office in Bridgewater, NJ
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Executive Director and Treasurer in managing the Company’s capital structure. Analyze, plan and execute capital markets transactions to improve the company’s profitability and risk profile
Assist in all aspects of the preparation and issuance of debt including the review of all borrowing documentation including credit agreements and indentures. Assist in preparing transaction materials for lenders, investors and rating agencies
Maintain and update the Treasury model, WACD, interest expense forecast, and provide modeling and analytical support as needed.
Prepare presentation materials for the board of directors and senior executives
Support management of global debt compliance and reporting for a multi-billion-dollar debt complex including, but not limited to, covenant compliance and tracking, interest rate resets, funding and conversion notices
Support management of interest rate exposure, hedge documentation and derivative reporting
Consolidate global FX exposures and present findings to the Treasury team on a monthly basis. Provide hedging recommendations and manage execution of forward currency contracts
Execute FX spot trades and manage FXAll system user access
Support management of SOX, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other Treasury policies to ensure compliance and review for necessary updates.
Coordinate with SEC reporting on annual and quarterly filings, and any other documents as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
4 years experience in banking, treasury, accounting or similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
FX risk management experience
Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
