SUMMARY:
The RN, Quality Improvement Analyst manages data from the clinical analytics software to support patient care and system-wide quality improvement activities. Combines statistical knowledge and technical expertise to perform data collection, aggregation and analysis of data to communicate the findings to the various stakeholders. The Quality Improvement Analyst works and interacts in a positive manner, with the Medical Staff and the system-wide departments to communicate and lead team improvement efforts.
BAXTER HEALTH COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards as they appear in Dynamic Health and Healthstream Policy Manager.
Required to work with the Director of Quality regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Baxter Health Quality Department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing required.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years health related experience, with one (1) year healthcare quality improvement preferred.
Licensure: Current Arkansas or Compact State RN license in good standing
Certifications: N/A
Other: Possesses a keen understanding of clinical care and processes, analytical abilities, and leadership skills. Advanced computer skills.
Preferred Education: Bachelor Degree in Nursing

This is a position in a hospital setting which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Flexible work schedule, 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts.
